For PVE yes. However, why do you need resilience in PVE?

Crit immunity, reduction in DoT damage.

If you feel you need that in PVE then more power to you.

I do a lot of PvP, and I can say for certain, resilience is fairly useless - the mitigation of a 2k dot, or a 7k hit is minor compared to extra crit or damage. But gear what you like.

With WotLK you can get your hit all the way up to 17% so you don't miss.
