Is there something such as a PIP where as I two box there is a second small screen in the corner (my other account) that I can double-click to make it the main window and the old main window will be the PIP :?:

InnerSpace does this as does Keyclone and HotKeyNet. You have lots of options.....

if you use keyclone you can use maximizer as well. then you dont need to double click you can assign it to a keystroke to swap places. check out the guides on it and youll see what i mean

this is one of the main reasons I use IS, single click on any mini window, and its instantly maximized. I love keyclone... but pip takes a keyboard press, and sometimes it can take several seconds for the window to move... and you can be dead in that time. IS can also assign a key to swap windows, but I personally prefer to just click it with the mouse, seems faster and doesnt take up as many keys on my end.
