Default How to make your 4 followers stand exactly on top of your lead??? Is ther a macro?

    Dear players!

Do you know is there a macro command to make your four followers not be behind you? Because in melee only the first attacks and often same with ranged attacks if target is too far from the last four followers. Is ther a macro command to make them all in one spot? I guess to command the four followers to stand on top of your lead?

Please help if you know thank you!

You cannot macro a movment beyond follow. What I would do is simply change your keybindings for the 4 followers. Move forward with main using "w" and then have another key for the other 4 chars to move forward such as "E"... this will eliminate the distance with the others and will keep it "Legal".

How about bind forward to a key on the followers then hit that key long enough to land on top?

I unbound the arrow keys from my main, and use them to bump the followers forward/back, and rotate left/right.

/follow has a gap on purpose, which is then compounded by latency. But that's a whole other issue.

For my slave melee needs (I am running mixed caster and dps slaves) my tank will charge the rotate the mob 90 degrees, this way the slaves are hitting from the side and are in range. This takes some practice but I find it more efficient then just moving the rest forward as you never want melee dps taking parries and blocks by standing in front of a mob

So I have a buddy that was getting pwnd by some multiboxers and he was claiming after they got dispersed they could all come and stand on top of each other.

Now he is along time vet since vanilla and really good with computers also so i know this not some newb telling me this.

The team he was getting pwnd by was the 5 shaman death squad lolz

I am really new to this, and have no experience at all in that kind of set up. But I saw a video with 5 chaman team where he had some kind of "formations" macros. I guess that's no wow macro, most likely something related to G15 keyboard or something like that.

Hence when all characters are "following" the lead, he hit the macro and then it plays a different pattern on all computer : chaman 1 moves right, chaman 2 moves left, chaman 3 does nothing, etc

This is the setup I use on my mouse, I have 100% motion control of all 5 toons in unison at the same time, no strafing, but I can turn, forward and back without removing my hand off the mouse. Not sure if it would be useful in your application though.

Resto Shaman + 4 DK's, work in progress...

Is that a MX Revolution or whatever it's called?

Or as an alternative... Instead of trying to make the 4 followers move up, you could just bind a key on the main to make it step back...
