Just throwing this out there, as my new HD and Vist64 is sitting on my desk and not in my computer yet...

Have you assigned each of the wow windows to a different CPU core? I know you can do this in Keyclone, but I am really not sure how much of performance change this will be. Although, I would agree with the others that it sounds like something else is going on in the background during those times.
