Money Making: Jewelcrafting 2k per day?

My Rogue is a JC, so is my Paladin, DK, and Warrior. I approve of this idea, and don't know why I hadn't thought to do it earlier.

Hi all.

Anyone else think its worth picking up JC on all characters to do the JC daily quests and get 5x Dragon's Eye? Every day you could make 2k+ imo. All for the initial outlay of leveling 5 characters JC to 350... about 3k gold.

Any Thoughts?

Are you saying it took 3k gold per toon to level Jcing to 350? or Was it ~600g per toon? Either way what guide did you use?
