Upgrade to 4 GB ram and ull see big advantages. I changed from 4 gb to 8 gb and still big performence ++++ ( for >4GB u need Vista 64 bit ).
I dont know how many gamefolders u have, but less gamefolders can help as well - for example one folder for your main and one folder for ur 3 toons. (my english sucks probably more )
