Shaman elemental / Macaroon pet bar??

I have a pet bar set up on my shaman in macaroon. Set it up with Pet checked and also with all the actionID# set to pet actionID#'s. I summon my elemental but i see no pet bar. Do we not get a pet bar for them? How do you send them in first before you attack?

they are not a true pet, thus you cannot control them ;/

Anyway to send them in to fight to get aggro ahead of time?

Nope.They either go to any mob within a certain range, or go on whichever mob is attack your shaman. (They are in defensive stance.)
