question about keyclone

Would keyclone work in everquest 1 so that when i run 4 copies on 1 computer that if i press the 1 key it will press the 1 key for all instances? If not then waht software should i look into getting. Right now i am using a nostromo to have it alt tab press the key alt tab press the key on all 4 copies. However this is much slower than if i could have it press it on all 4 at once. Thanks!

keyclone will work with EQ and EQ2 if you use innerspace to force applications to the front. i have not done this personally, but there are posts here reporting what others have found.

so with keyclone alone I would not be able to have keystrokes sent to the background copies of EQ1?

Correct. You need an application which "locks" them to the foreground. One of the anti-cheat methods in EQ is that it doesn't accept keystrokes if EQ is not the foreground window.

I can confirm that EQ2 works with Keyclone and innerspace. Also... if you have enough pc's you dont need innerspace (5 pc's 5 keyclones and 5 accounts.)

Its called Innerspace, as was previously stated. Its made by Lavishsoft.
