not sure about cooldowns, but i'm pretty sure it can announce procs, like omen of clarity or buffs that on occasion become available (it works for your character, why cant it work for your party too? hehe) i'll see if i cant get ahold of mik himself and see if he cant help us out =)
yeah, procs that appear in the combat log can be displayed with MSBT. i have eclipse and a few others set to show on my main's screen as 'party procs'
