1-60 in 1 day 10 hours

I generally level my 5 man teams together so haven't actually tried to power level in this way. Has anyone here actually power levelled 4 characters from 1 to 60 with a level 70 mage or pally? Is the 1 day 10 hours realistic?

Indeed, i got my shaman trio to 38 using roughly this method (boosting them w/ my kara geared prot pally), but i had to take a break because it was killin my brain. I've decided to let them rest a full 150% before boosting them the rest of the way through 40. Then it will be off to ZF for a couple quests (i cannot hope to clear that place single pulling simply due to the totem spam factor), quest quest quest, mara for a couple quests, ST for a couple quests then brd for the remainder of the boost grind to outlands.

I have toons atm that I'm powerlvling using this exact same method with 4 toons + lvl 70 mage... 10hours in and almost lvl 20. This has been the method that I've used to level all my toons since pre-TBC.

I'm a slowpoke so at lvl 45 now with over 7 days played Mainly because all my idling about hehe

But when my crew hits 70 I got a mage + paladin .... So would this mean I can use the same tactics as this guy but with 2 lvl's 70 ? So I could aoe grind 3 chars up to 60 asap, (I don't care about the boredome if it's really this fast), because if I was to use this method I'd be leveling 2 groups at the same time anyway to get max out of rested bonus. Or would 2 level 70's gimp the XP rather then be a fast way to level up ..?

You apparently didn't understand what I was saying. I'm not saying 55 is to low for the zone, I'm saying, entering Outlands before 58 is a violation of terms of service.

If you're powerleveling a group with a pally or mage, rested XP is a moot point. You burn through levels within minutes anways. For instance, when I was doing SM from 25-41 on my shammies, I would log out with them outside of the instance, rather than hearthing them, because of the saved time from riding to the instance.

Well that's just yet another good reason to get to level 70... Questing is nice but I'd like some back up / different classes at 70 and cba to level an entire group by quest a second time I think :sleeping:
