I use buttons 1-5 (on my X7 keyboard - see My macro/UI/keyboard setup (request - LONG) ) to heal char 1-5 - using this macro all shaman cast lesser healing wave.

I use buttons shift + 1-5 to cast resto shaman cleanse on chars 1-5.

I use button "e" to cast dps on all chars, except resto shaman who casts healing wave on tank.

I use shift + e to have all shaman cast chain heal on different targets.

I use button "m" for emergency heal:

/use 13
/use 14
/cast tidal force
/cast natures swiftness
/castsequence healing wave, riptide, chain heal, lesser healing wave
