Guess I should get back on topic aswell :P

    So, here's what I did:

I rolled three belfs(triboxing), two locks and a pala. Quested aaaaall the way and did every single quest I came across, and just /rofl'd trough the groupquests. Got all the Tranquillien rep-rewards for gear and by 22 (after three days of gaming, had a lot of days off :P) I tried to solo SFK, which went suprisingly well. Appart from one whipe (ty soulstone), the only boss I didn't quite manage was the last one, he just had too freakin much HP, but I got him down eventually, using pots, HSs and SSs.

Am now 33 on all three (which, for some reason hasn't updated below T.T), after nine days of gaming (not /played, but real days :P).

    To be honest I was blowing through zones with a 70 helping my alt (just dualboxing..no more), but seeing other ppl's results at how fast they are it made me stop and think about something;

    How important is reputation?

At first I was like: well of course it matters, that's how you got into the great instances, but the fact is, it doesn't, as a blue once said: the game moves on, so reputation doesn't matter at all. This made me sad somehow and now I'm actually a bit reluctant at lvling through quests although this has been made easier.

Somehow grinding instances just doesn't seem all that fun, wasting time with pointless of quests/areas doesn't either. I haven't decided on what to do yet.
Does anybody feel similar? (or..like most of the time..it's just me).

Yes, powerleveling a group with a lvl 70 is boring and repetitive... but honestly, I'm waiting until the outlands before I actually feel the benefit and joy of 5boxing. When I'm in Ramparts for the first time and I actually have to pay attention to healing my lvl 70 tank while DPSing, then I will start to feel the fun.

Everything until then is just a chore to me.
Also, at level 70, I might do some pvp with my 2 priests and 2 mages, who knows.

I feel you on that Gallo. Until everyone's alt get at least 60, it's just another grind... I haven't been playing much for the past few days, waiting for my week end to give it another boost. Went to ZF yesterday at Lv. 39 with my lv. 70 and well the instance is too big and the exp isn't that great, I think I'll stick to SM Cath for the next few levels still.

Just by selling the Small Radiant Shards I've been able to make enough money to buy my 4 alts mounts and most of the spells.

Was running SM Cath (again) last night:

    70 affliction lock (me)
    35 pali
    25 mage
32 priest: my alt, pulling up to 75k XP per hour, unrested (once you get into a rythm)
25 mage: my alt, pulling up to 65k XP per hour, unrested

The lvl 25s at first seem to level at the same time as the 30+ but gradually close the gap and lvl faster and faster as the XP/mob increases with each level gained. Ended up with a 28/29mage and 35priest in just under 2hrs of play iirc

I'm looking forwards to getting them to a point where they can all run instances together. At 60 the plan is for me to use my 'lock, priest and mage and my friend to run his pali as the tank with his lock (main, also 70) as dps. Then lvl up in Outland instances to 70 and go back to run all the quests for cash, and gear up to run heroics...
