Heroic Instance scaling post 70

Hi all, a quick question (I tried searching but didn't come up with an answer).

How do BC Heroics scale once you are post-70? Do they all go to 80? Or stay at 70 (meaning even if you are 75 they stay 70)?

Obviously I am not >70 yet so I can't find that out myself.
