Changing my mouse button 4 to give the ctrl or alt command

I have been searching the internet and can't find anything on this. Was wondering if anyone knows any way that i could make my mouse button 4 to give the "control" command instead of "mouse button 4"

I want to be able to use my mouse button as a modifier in wow, but the only way i can find to use modifiers is with ctrl alt and shift

i suggest you use your mouse's program to map the key. usually come standard with mouses from companies like logitech.

thanks my logitech mouse didn't come with the program so i didn't even think of that. But i DL it and changed what i needed
