I didn't see this in the wiki, but excuse me if it's there.
I finally got my second high-powered gaming computer set up, and using my USB multicaster, I decided to test if I could plug in two USB keyboards to one computer: One keyboard through the multicaster, and one standalone. That way, I could control one of the computers separately from the other while still controlling both, all at the same time. It does, in fact, work without any problems at all. There's a quirk with it, that if I push Caps lock on one, it turns on on the other. But it's pretty much working perfectly!![]()
I'm wondering is if this is something that PS/2 multicasters can also do. I'm not sure if this is an advantage of using USB, or just on par.
EDIT: I was just thinking about it, and this might be a dumb question. I assume that almost any computer you would have now with a PS/2 port also has a USB port, so of course you could just plug in one PS/2 and USB at the same time, correct?
