where to boost @ 40? (with 70 frost mage)

Dont see the point to boost if you have RAF.. i did azeroth in 2 days play and i slacked ALOT + i had ghost wolf untill level 60 instead of a mount. I bet i could have done it in much less time if i REALY pushed it.

You dont have to do a singel collect quest in azeroth with RAF.

Instance grind sucks for me since it feels so slow on the exp bar...

I Boosted from 10-20 in dead mines, 20-40 in SM, 40-50 ZF
For 50-60, I am not sure where to go at this point, I have yet to see a Instance xp plan from 50-60
IMO, instance grinding has been a lot faster. I say this because questing requires a lot of travel time. Instances continuously give XP and allow me to logout / login and pickup XPing.

if you wanna boost your next step is ZF up to about 50. then you can either do Sunken Temple to 55 then BRD/scholo/strath. up to you on the last three.

I agree with you 100%.

Instance "boosting" with RAF is by far the fastest way to level because the only downtime is when you aren't playing. It requires little attention whatsoever. As you pointed out, time isn't wasted traveling around turning quests in, picking them up, or completing the objectives.

I will also agree that questing with the RAF bonus is quick, but not as quick as the instance method. I quested from 55-70, so I know from experience with both methods.

Instances = Fast = Logout in/near the instance = Little Effort (Mindless spellcasting, whatever) = Boring
Questing = Slower = Travel time to-and-from = A tad bit more effort = Not as boring (I definitely wouldn't call it fun, but it's less boring than the zombie method, instancing over and over and over!)
