Alrighty...So after searching through a bit and reading about RAF now I realize why two of my characters vastly out level the others. I've owned two accounts for quite some time though I just bought a third in the last five days and my fourth/fifth tonight. RAF is as follows:

Acc1 > Acc 4

Acc3

Acc2 > Acc5

Any way to help this? Wish I had realized how it worked a few days ago >.<
