here is a piece of advice from my experience, i created 5 accounts and had some mistake in the info provided, all i did to fix this is call blizz and explained the situation, and they asked me to fax them any proof of identity and any utility bill shows my adress, and it got fixed in 5 minutes, my advice is call them and explain to them the problem and am sure they will be very helpfull, remember the button u click after filling the information? u stating that the info u providing are correct which is part of agreement with blizzard, hope u get it fixed and gl
