Hex bugged?

This works:
/cast [target=focus] Lightning Bolt

This does not work:
/cast [target=focus] Hex

Instead it tries to cast Hex on your current target.

What? Is this just a bug that the spell ignores the target information, or is this some sinister scheme to nerf us multiboxers?
I reported this on the EU forums, no answers yet.

i saw a post like this a week or so ago, similar problem with a hex macro. they were able to get around it by doing something like this:

/target focus
/cast Hex
/targetlasttarget

i dunno, anyone else having issues with it? mebbe bugged?

FYI this doesnt work. Tested just now.
