If you are getting a boss to within 5% have you tried going in with consumables? +spell damage food and elixir can get you ~100sp damage which might put you over the top.

    http://www.wowhead.com/?item=22839 might help you also

Also are you equiping 2 clicky +spelldamage trinkets. I think you can pop these back to back so you are doing more spell damage for a longer amount of time. ie 30 seconds of the spell damage boost vs 15 seconds of the spell damage boost.

How are you guys doing UT Keep? I seem to do just fine up until I get to the room with the protos dragons and those things just eat me alive causing me to wipe on nearly every pull. What's the special tactic for these? I didn't try using a fire resistance totem, and maybe that'll be the difference.
I had the biggest issue with them at first, now I may loose 1 shaman if any at all.

Set up a focus target on the thrower with them to hex, if he gets close enough, if not, just nuke. Spread out so that you all won't die. Here's the key, after you spread out (line is easiest to make sure if one get's knocked back it won't get knocked back into another group), face you two who are at the ends at a 90 degree angle, and the two on the other sides of you main at a 45. This makes sure that no matter who the drake is on, and if they get knocked back, you'll have at least 3 shaman who can continue dps while he moves around. I'll lead off with 2 lightning bolts, flame shock, lava burst, and then chain lightning. This'll get them really close to dead.

Also, a tip for hexxing multiples that really works for me... it's imperative to find out what mobs are hex immune or enrage and break hex. They're always my first targets. Pull with double lightning bolts (as the first one hits, the 2nd one is flying) then FS/LB. This'll put all the mobs on top of you. Then I thunderstorm. This knocks them all back 20 yards, which is exactly hex range. Then I hex. This gets everything hexed, one target dead. And then I run back 30 yards and dps them down, and thunderstorm as needed on some of the hard hitting melee. I'll earthbind drop to on the frogs to buy me even more time if I have 3+, since hex will invariably break early. For all the trash past the protodrakes, I had 0 issues.

I've also started using a /cast [target=targettarget] Lesser Healing Wave macro, for simplicity, so I don't have to use my normal F1-F5 heal keys.

Skarvald and Dalronn are a pain. Best attempt last night was one dead and the other at 5%. To which I wanted to cry. Biggest problem I've found is the unpredictable nature of the earth eles, and you NEED them on Skarvald. They're useless on Dalronn. But they have a mind of their own. I'm not sure if his Enfeeble goes through groundings, or if I'm just being a tard and not regrounding enough. It's a hard fight since it's pretty imperative to keep the earth eles alive, but even with 2k dps per shaman, which mathemically will kill Darlonn in 10 seconds, I'm down to 1-2 earth eles left.

I may go into DK tonight and Gundrak to play around.

Oh - and on Prince, I was so close to getting the On the Rocks achievement (to not shatter any frost tombs), but I thunderstormed - for the mana regen - right as he cast one and shattered it at <10%. Damn bastard.

Oh, and to clarify. Earth Elementals DO scale. They just scale HORRIBLY. You can test it out by summoning one when you're naked. WIth 14.7k hp, I get an earth ele with 10k hp. With 7.1k hp I get an elemental with 7.4k hp. That's what people refer to when they say, poor scaling. Whether or not this will be truly addressed will remain to be seen.
