Well, everyone had hit 70 by the time I got out of the third BC zone, which left me with 4 zones worth of quests I could farm for cash. That took care of the first 15-21K. After that, it was grinding instances and daily quests for cash. With 5 characters, you can make 300G in an hour doing the repeatable once-a-day Ogri'la/Sky guard quests.
