2-Box Class Combo: Help me Decide!

Hey all.

I'm rerolling after hitting 70 on a PVE Server with a Rogue, because of a few reasons. 1) I rolled as a FEMALE undead and I'm not diggin' it 2) PVE RP SERVER?! as a rogue?! no fun at all!

Anyways, I'm headin' over to Emerald Dream now. To let you get a little insight into my world, Mage was always my favorite class in RPG's. However, I rerolled a few times on different servers for friends, and it made me sick of them. Now, it's been over 8 months since my last caster so I'm ready.

SO, here's my question:

What class should I dual box with?
1) Male Undead Mage
2) Options:
- Warrior - Always wanted a Warrior, but leveling them on their own is painful. They're amaaaazing at endgame/world pvp, are always in need, and can TANK or DPS. In a team with a mage, a tank would be massively helpful. However, there's a lack of healing.
- Shaman - Another desire of mine... versatile fighters. They can do it all. I love that. They can DPS both in melee and at range with spells, in addition to heals?! Seems sweet. Teamed with a mage would be awesome... mana regen totems, offtanking, and dps.
- Hunter - Kinda want one. They can offtank with a pet, while spamming arrows in conjunction with my mage's spells. They're easy to play and fun.

Well, What do you guys think?

The way I'm going to control this other character is by controlling my mage's main screen nearly 95% of the time, having regular hotkeys set for the mage (does nothing on alt), and setting fkeys, along with other hotkeys, for my alt. That way, there's no switching screens and so on. It should run very smoothly. I'm going to be using Keyclone.

Mage +:

Warrior: Will suck, warrior is always eating since you have no heals, mage is squishy as the 2nd toon, but can't be the first due to having to micromanage the warrior abilities. Barely playable.

Shaman: Heals, nukes, rez... your best bet based on the options you listed, but not amazing. Definitely playable though.

Hunter: Mage can follow the hunter arround and nuke, but neither class really needs the other so not optimal. Playable, but you could do so much better.

Here's what you want if you want to rock as a mage and something else:

Priest: PW: Shield, heals, fear bomb, rez. buffs... yeah that's the win, being able to cast a shield and a HOT on the mage before it starts AE'ing a big group of mobs is the win, rez if the mage dies, heals, fears as a last resort, etc. #1 choice in my humble opinion.

Pally (prot spec): Can AE tank 5-6 mobs on his own very well... now add mage AE to double kill speed and cut downtime. Also heals, can rez, has nice buffs. #2 choice, since the mage will be the 2ndary character.
