RAF Question, make all new or use 70 to instance grind?

i see. just make sure that each boostee has a linked counterpart and you can boost them with any high level you wish.

linked counterpart means...
they're RAF linked.
they're within 4 levels of each other.
they're in the same party.

if you meet all those requirements, you'll get 3x exp no matter who else is in the party doing the boosting.
remember though, you get the most experience the closer you get to the suggested level for the instance. for example, i remember getting a good amount of exp at level 30 in SM graveyard but just a little bit more in library/armor and cath. but as i near 40, my exp gains were growing a lot more in armory/cath (about double) since my characters were closer to the suggested levels for those instances.

you can link acct2 to acct4 and 5. as long as accout 4 and 5 meet the requirements, whether acct2 is linked or not is irrelevant.

Got it. So because 4 is linked to 5 they will get the bonus and 2 being linked to 4 doesn't invalidate the 3x xp multiplier?

haha no biggie. just need to keep saying that every time i read it since not many people know.
of course, a 70 running a linked level 20 through an instance will not give you the RAF bonus. the misconception partly comes from a 70 trying to level his two linked 20s where both are linked to the 70, but not to each other.
