keyclone also helps get the most out of your hardware by allowing you to set your fps per wow (under keyclone/setup/command editor)
For those not using KeyClone you can set the maxfps and maxfpsbk in game...

/console maxfps 30
/console maxfpsbk 15

Pick your numbers, I used to have to run 28/10 but nowdays I'm running 40/20 and find my follow distance is MUCH tighter for it.
