Thanks for the quick responses, although I tried that and it's not helping either. I took some screen shots so you could see what I'm dealing with. Since the key is related to my account, I blacked it out, not sure if that was necessary though. Maybe the account was never registered correctly back when I first got it setup, I sent an email to payments@solidice.com, although I may need to just PM him on here. It's also the holidays so I probably need to just give him some time.
