SM till 42 or 43 (at around 45 or 46 do the searing gorge quests)
BRD till 50 (I recommend doing some of the Burning Stepps quests)
LBRS to 58 (at 56 I'm getting about 950 xp per kill with 3 characters)
Outlands 58+

I leveled a mage and a priest with a level 70 Arms warrior in fury stance.
i think i will stick to all instances because right now i only have about 1.3k gold and after RAF is up i will have to buy 35+ level 30 mounts and riding training and class training. so i might as well make some money while i level up.
