Default Moving from 4 box on one comp to 5 box on 2 systems

I currently run a 4 box layout on my RAF team, 1 main window with 3 smaller windows down the right hand side. (RAF chain A>B>C>D not linked to my raiding main)

I ran a team of shammies to 60 questing with a very primitive macro set and a buddy. Will make a stronger macro setup after RAF runs out and I have the time to tinker. I'm grinding out quests now.

I'm running a second team of druids up now, I think I'll be doing boosting instead. My RAF ends in early december, the droods are at about 12 now.

I tend to get graphics issues sometimes when I run 4 windows, I don't think I'll be able to get to 5 on one box.

I'm looking to boost using my T4/T5 raiding feral.

My current system (the big pieces):
    ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe Motherboard
XFX GeForce 8600GT XXX 256MB Card
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ Windsor 2.8GHz S Dual-Core Processor
    Crucial 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel
    XP Pro
    2 160 GB 7200 RPM HD
    22" widescreen monitor

I have my former box in the closet and a spare 17" monitor around, I think it's a ~3800+ single core, a BFG nforce4 mobo, 1 GB of something slower, and either a 6000 or 7000 series PCI-e nvidia card. Always played solo play well, I might wipe the drive to have a clean system.

My primary box will remain linked to the big monitor for normal use and solo play. What will be the most effective way to boost this crew using these two PCs and monitors? I have a 2 port pushbutton KVM available but am trying to stay away from it.

Solo play the druid on the monitor stacked to the left and broadcast to the main box with 4 windows arrayed? Does Keyclone support having the master not be on the PC that the keyboard is physically attached to?

I know I'll need a second keyclone license, that's no big deal, I'm just forseeing hurdles when I try to go to having the slave kids get boosted by my feral and which keyboard is talking to and leading what. Multiple PC keyclone is significantly more intimidating

What are the pitfalls or tricks and tips? Rob is usually the source of many guides about how to run this stuff, maybe by calling his name I can summon him like Candyman.

    Thanks.

I have been stalling the move to two systems myself. I am running 8 WoW's fairly smooth but I have a perfectly nice single core 3.0GHz system with 3GB of RAM sitting inches from my monster box that could run at least 2 (I know for a fact) WoW's with ease. But why bother if I'm doing 'OK'? Like the old dog laying on the nail. It don't hurt bad enough to move, just bad enough to complain about it :/

Can I suggest you trial KavoomKM...

    http://www.kavoom.biz/km/km_overview.html

I use it, along with 2xKeyclone, to 5 box in a 1+4 formation and wouldn't be without it now!

I use the keyboard and mouse from PC1 and when I move off the right hand edge of Monitor1 the keyboard and mouse instantly "move" over to PC2/Monitor2.
The keyboard and mouse for PC2 are hidden away.
You really wouldn't know that you're not on 1 PC with 2 monitors.

You do have to buy a licence but you can install it and trial it (IIRC you get to trial it for 30m or so before it stops working... I knew I was buying it well before then).

Colt, your description is a perfect analogy for my situation. I have a painfully simple set of macros right now, I know I can build something smooth that uses all my toons' abilities and allows major flexibility, but I also know it would take me a very long time to get it working right. Since my play time is limited until my son gets older and RAF is ticking, I'm using the simple now to get teams to 60 and will make them smooth later on.

I'll look into the Kavoom, see if it does what I want. What I'll probably end up doing is hooking my G15 keyboard (which has the USB anchor for my wireless mouse hooked into it) to the KVM switch. Then I can play my feral on the secondary box as if the keyboard and mouse are direct connected to it and let the slaves remain on the more powerful box with the big monitor. Using the KVM I can be back to using my main box to surf or solo play with a button press, no need to crawl after wires.

Downside is I'll be playing the main with my head turned all the time I guess. but since I'm purely PvE I have a lot more leeway, it's only a corpse run.

I run 2 not so great systems, one for my paladin the other for 4 sham - currently using Keyclone x2, Kavoom and two monitors (one for each PC). Kavoom has worked very well for me and I don't really ever use the shamans' mouse/keyboard at this point.
