HELP what's the fastest way to lv past 60?

HELP lol I'm bogged down at 60 I wanna get to 80 but it is soooo slow, at least half as slow as when i do wi one toon, I'm questing kinda roughly following james guide and skipping most of the collection quests. What is the fastest way to lv a multi-box past 60 and the raf bonus? is there a multiboxer specific guide for that? should i concentrate on getting to 80 wi my mains and boost em? I dunno what to do lol.

RAF bonus stops at 60, which is probably why you think leveling seems so slow now. just keep following james guide.

my intention is to RAF this last set to 60 then select mix and match chars based on what the instances require more and grind up via instances from 60-70 then 70-80 via quests as grinding 1.5kk EXP is gonna suck lol
