I'm so confused what I should be aiming for with a pally tank as I level him to 80.
Whats Def, Dodge, Parry, Armor should I be looking at to make myself uncritable and uncrushable?

Currently farming Horde Heroic Utgarde Keep, Utgarde Pinnacle, Gundrak, Drak'Tharon, and Culling of Stratholme(5 Drakes now)

are you a new pally without a clue?
are you an old pally but got confused with the 3.0 changes?
are you an old pally switching from ret/holy to prot?
Crushing blows only come from mobs 4 levels or more above you (was previously 3) so this is no longer a concern. With that said, aim for gear with Strength/Stamina/Defense/Avoidance stats with Defense being a priority untill you reach uncrittable status at 80. Unfortunately, I have no idea what that number is.
Edit: Did some searching and 540 appears to be the new defense goal.
