Magma/Nova totem changes

Looks like we can drop Fire Nova first for the first round. After it explodes, drop Magma after that for some "serious" AOE.

I've been doing this for a very long time. Drop consecrate for tagging the mobs so I get credit, followed up by fire nova and then another consecrate to keep aggro and magma totems. Currently the fire nova gives more damage per sec than magma but I'll have to reevaluate that when the changes come in. Granted, I'm specced in to both fire totem upgrades but I may drop the fire nova one to free up points especially if magma totem begins to outperform so that I can have more points for the incoming talent changes.
