LALT/LCTRL+RALT Vs ALT (Keyclone)

for the first few weeks of using keyclone i didnt seem to bump into any problems, however, the high level i get the more bindings im starting to require.

over the last few days i've reworked my whole bindings collection, only to bump into a problem.

with keyclones whitelist, you add the keys that you want to broadcast over. you cant seem to add ALT, it always ends up being LALT or LCTRL+RALT, which appears that the clients dont look at these the same as ALT. so that limits out the ALT or CTRL key when using that method. i checked that distinguish left/right was unchecked in the general options and it was.

i then invistigated a little further into the hotstrings/keymapping, and this occured the same problems with the ALT being recognised as LALT and such on the other loads of warcraft. so again that limits you down to SHIFT only.

is something gone amiss with this?

if i uncheck the whitelist, it fixes the problems for the broadcast to the other clients. but the keymapping is the main problem atm.

ahh... distinguish left/right for keymaps... hmmm... i'll check that out.

and yes, blizzard uses just ALT not LALT/RALT (altho i think they recently changed it)

thanks i was in the same boat here. this opens up a lot more options for me and the amount of keybinds I use since I am working my 5 box off my laptop. so I dont have a number pad to work with :{ so I need to use ctr1-5 and alt 1-5 to make it work the way I want.

I am having some problems with RALT+0 (or any key) being mapped through to clones at ALT+0.

Basically I have bottom left action bars at ALT 1-= and Bottom right as RALT 1-=. It is casting ALT+0 on the clones instead of RALT+0 when RALT+0 is pressed on main.

any help is appreciated
