well it depends how you want to level up, but if you are just using 2 characters then i sudgest not using them because only account A would have acces to the points and if both characters were the same lvl you could use 1 point but would then have to have your character on account B level up to the same as the character on account A to spend more points on it. all in all i would just say save your points and spend them when you hit 60 on your character on B on a character on account A. or as high as you get before your 90 days expires. all sounds kind of confusing but i hope this helps
