ok now from what i understand is that you are confused about how the level up points, or w/e you want to call them, are granted and how they can be used. ok, so lets say account A is linked to account B(just like your RAF chain right now). for ever 2 levels you earn, that does not include lvl 1 because you start there, the parrent account or A will get 1 free lvl up point. but these points come with a catch. they can only be used on a character that is the same or lower lvl of the character that you lvled on account B.

Example: On account B you level something up to lvl 21, now account A, the parrent account, gets 10 free level up points. BUT these level up points can only be used on a character to a maximum lvl of 21, the same as the character that you have on account B.

ok so moving on to your current dual-boxing setup i would first sudgest getting your rogue to lvl 23 because the tripple exp bonus only works for characters up to 4 lvls higher or lower of the other. but for your current 20 rogue you will have 9 level up points to spend on account A. but then you can only spend them on a character up to lvl 20, or basicly you can't spend them on your pally because it is higher then your rogue.

i hope this clarifys things and helps you out some. if you havent by the time you are finished reading this read the Blizzard info then i HIGHLY sudgest you read it. ^_^ gl with the dual-boxing!

PS if i were you i would save up ALL the lvl up points and spend them like a week before they disapear(90 days after creating a trial account through RAF), this way you can use them more eficently and get a higher lvl character out of it
