kills to level and tooltip mod?

What mods are you guys using for your tooltips and to show # of kills to level? I'm using cowtip right now, but it doesn't show kills to level, and I can't figure out how to get it to make the tooltip background color change to let me know whether I will still get xp from the mob or if its too low to get xp from and thus should be grey.

I use Mobinfo2, it shows health, damage range done to you, Kills to level, Exp a kill, what it drops, level.
all that sorta stuff

XPbarnone is a good xp bar replacement - it keeps track of 'kills to level' as well.

It's also a rep progress bar.

To kinda answer my own question, and help out others:

I found TipTac on the wowinterface website, and combined with Mobinfo 2 I like it a lot better than cowtip. You can find it here
