Works just like your normal numpad you have on your keyboard, as does the numlock button.
I do use this thing though, because I like to have the numpad on my left side instead of the regular right side


Sure, if you're in to coding I'm sure you can get the keys mapped to keystrings (e.g. shift+alt+1) but I just use it like a normal numpad to heal my party, as I no crap about coding stuff ?(
