Beat it this time (all 3 bosses).
The biggest help on the first boss was like someone above said - first, come at the boss from the left so the adds have to run right through me. That was good, but what made the biggest difference is having my shamans standing almost on top of my DK. The chain lightnings killed the adds (and maybe the frost tombs also, couldn't tell). I used 4 fire elementals which helped a ton also but I think I could have done it without them, especially if i had used anti magic shell or anti magic zone.
Second bosses ended up being pretty easy. I lost 1 shaman at the end but that was due to me forgetting a bunch of times to lay down more grounding totems. Used 1 earth ele but didn't need it.
Last boss I wiped the first time with him at 2% on the second phase. I was smacking myself. Was partially my fault. As soon as he died the first time I used bloodlust not realizing it took 20+ seconds for him to res, so by the time i started fighting him again my bloodlust was almost wore off. I got him down to 3% with my shamans at 1k life each, and somehow i was silenced so that last volley never fired. My DK solo'd him down to 2% then died LOL.
Second try, I killed him in the first phase without even healing I think. Second phase I waited until the angel thing appeared then I used bloodlust + ele mastery, then blood fury + trinket when he went red again. Burned him down super fast healing in between. I actually killed him and then ALL four of my shamans died. He threw an axe when he died and it hit all 4 (critted I think) and killed them.
For next time I could easily take him down if I made 2 changes. #1 - I need to spread my shamans out, I just left them on top of each other.
#2 - Whenever he smashed and I ran through him, I kept forgetting to pull him back further away from my shamans afterwards so by the middle of the second phase we were really close to them, which is why his axe hit them.
Also my shamans had pathetic gear, between the 2 quest rewards and a couple of drops from the instance my shamans all got 500+ health, 850 mana, 10mp5, and about 50 spell power, so that will help a TON (mana was my biggest issue in the boss fights, kept running out even with 4 mana springs).
Edit: Forgot to mention I did all this with a single key on my death knight LOL. I really need to make oh-shit friendly keybinds for icebound fortitude, bone armor, and anti magic shell/shield. I didn't use any of those abilities in the whole instance and a couple of them would have helped quite a bit, like on ingvar having to spend less time healing, or the first boss spending less time healing, etc.
My single key macro is:
#showtooltip
/cast Rune Strike
/castsequence reset=target Icy Touch,Plague Strike,Blood Strike,Scourge Strike,Death Strike
The rune strike becomes available enough that this actually works as a runic power dump also, which I'm not sure thats a good thing due to needing it for AMS and/or icebound fortitude.
