Everquest (1) movies. (Read: Nostaliga)
So, a friend literally twisted my arm into making a headless horseman video, so, as part of doing so I made a youtube account to upload it to....and well, remembered I had several EQ movies I made several years ago. (circa 04-05). So I uploaded them. Links/description follow:
In EQ monk's had a safe fall skill that let them fall distances that would kill other players, safely. (tho they could still die from falling, alas). One day, while bored, I fraps'd myself while jumping off a spire, and happened to time it as it went off, which was pretty cool. Anyway, the idea was born to make a video of it, and several weeks later I had amassed the following. (In which my monk dies like 4 times IIRC) Yes, im aware that i Typo'd pictures 4 years ago when I made the video. Yes, i am too lazy to fix it. :

This video, well, I logged in one day with a graphical bug due to a failing motherboard/agp slot. Was pretty crazy. So I frapsed it, and commented that it looked like an acid trip. (rainbow sky, etc). So i sped it up like 4 times.. (I was getting 1-2 FPS at the time) and put 'purple haze' to it. Apparantly, using purple haze as the audio for a video on youtube is a nono, so I had to mute the video. Oh well. You can watch it (if ya want) and play purple haze in the background, hehe. Muted because, what other audio clip is appropriate... meh.

This is a...(video montage?) collection of clips of me and some friends fighting. (actually, the only appropriate video so far for this forum due to the fact that i'm *gasp* actually multi boxing in this video. (well, cleric was playing mobile medic to the falling monk in the first video, and the char with the failing (and insufferably cheap mobo) was my 3rd char (at the time, i 3box'd) so it was my 'box' that was having the grapic bug, not my main=0) but they don't really count. meh. One clip of me soloing green's on my monk, (no idea why i recorded it), one clip of me 3boxing revamped plane of hate, one clip of me 2boxing with a 3boxer and 1box'd warrior in an instance. I *think* this video got made cause me and Xain were having a back and forth video contest sparked by Falling, but his videos (nor mine, before now=p) were never public domain. (this explains the bit in the credits about xain)

This ones a long one, and I wonder why I even uploaded it. Its the last one I made, and well, frankly, I was pretty lazy. I made it for roydun IIRC, (its me and him doing an instance together, 2boxer and 3boxer). Its like 10 minutes long, and shows practically the whole instance as one unedited clip. Interesting footnote, I was running 2 melee's and a healer off 1 keyboard and 2 Nostromo's, with no method of key broadcasting. So, was very busy. lol. oh, and the word 'bots' in the title/credits does not refer to automation. At the time the video was made, atleast on my server (bertox) bot was used interchangeably with 'box.' Eg, clericbot, healbot, whatever.
