Unit Frame / Interrupt Issues

Been trying to find a unit frame addon that'll make it easier for me to focus on my main monitor. Set up xperl today, and now it seems that whenever I try to use shoot with my wand, it says "Landings interrupted" in chat, and displays "interrupted" in red in the top portion of the screen. This is only when trying to use it as an opening move, even when in range (as the "1" key on the action bar is white), and once in combat and nose-to-nose, it will work. Has anyone heard of this before?

not really sure about wanding, but i have xperl and sometimes if i spam a spell it says 'interrupted' and the cast bar disappears from my unit frame, even though I am still casting. just a bug with xperl i suppose.
