I'm used to hotkeynet intercepting ALL keyboard characters and sending them to the copies of wow, but it appears that Keyclone does not work this way.
Keyclone lets all keys through tot he focused client.

Here's my do not pass list: RETURN ESCAPE 0 (2-9) (A-Z) F1 F2 F3 F4 F5 SEMICOLON EQUALS SLASH

Here's how I would prefer my mappings:
PALLY: 1-0, A-Z do not get passed (main window)
PRIEST: SHIFT 1-0 goes ONLY to the priest (window 2)
MAGE: ALT 1-0 goes ONLY to the mages (windows 3,4,5)

What am I missing?
On the pally if shift 1-0 and alt 1-0 are not keybound to something they will press 1-0. The solution I used was to find a spare hotkey bar and bind the keys to empty buttons. Using most barmods you have 10 bars total, so you can bind a two keys per button and only end up losing 1 bar to suck up these blank binds. It is a bit of a kludge, but it works.

The worst part, is that I'm have a bit of a programming background and the wording is just not making sense (got maximizer working though, which was worth the $20).
I believe HotKeyNet can handle the maximizer stuff as well as the keybinds that you are after, so you could setup the maximizer portion there and be up and running since you already have the keystrokes doing what you want.

Another option would be InnerSpace as it can do exactly what you are asking with keybinds, and the maximizer equivilant feature performs much faster than anything else I've tried. Information about basic IS setup is in my sig and you can get a 7 day free trial.

Anyhow, hope that helps.
