key mapping confused.. :(

ok i am really confused with the whole FTL thing and keymapping is anyone able to either voice com or msn or something to help me out. i cant seem to get my head round this at all even after trying for 5 hours now. every guide i read either starts out like. step 1.. step 2.. macro wall for step 3 do this that this and then that and learn that while your at it and use that thats never been mentioned before while doing that while doing a mexican dance and eating tachos. step 4... and i am just getting really confused at it all. so any "live" help would be really apreciated. btw i use keyclone.

this can be closed now i recieved help from olipcs and now have it working for follow :P very excited right now on getting the rest sorted out!
