They are talking about giving shams a aoe spell... some of them are talking about either giving us another spell or just taking out the limit to chain lightning. A new spell would be cool, if they do go with the chain lightning without a limit, chain lightning will get a huge nerf and probably wont jump that much.

Funny thing is if they keep the range on how far the next chain can jump too would be funny... you can line up alliance and just shoot 1 chain lightning and hit people 10 miles away.

For pve I'd take the water mastery glyph over flame shock though.

I would think that flame shock would be a better PvE then a PvP... With focus fire you are trying to get the person down with about 3 hits. flame shock, lava bust, chain lightning, and a earth shock should kill most toons. Having the flame not consumed is minor i would think... In PvE during raids and bosses they live longer then a 4 hit combo... using flame shock every other lava bust i would think will be better mana effictive and plus it is an extra dot for you.

Very much so - very powerful for burst damage. How much haste are we talking about to try this out?

785 was the number given to reduce the GCD to 1 second at 70 (for 1.5 sec GCD skills). I don't know the haste rating <--> percent haste constant at 80.

A rather large amount, but not totally unachievable.
