ack no! Do not gear for spell damage unless you are a healer! You are a tank, gear as a tank. Paladins have a talent to convert stamina to spell damage.
You shouldn't be gearing int/spirit either. If your tank doesn't overgear the istance, you should be fine on mana from blessing of sanctuary, spiritual attunement and divine plea not to even mention optional spells such as seal of wisdom, judgement of wisdom or mana replenishing spells from other classes. I currently do have some mana issues but in heroics or kara I could go forever without drinking.
