Thread: quick question

    Default quick question

So, I'm new to multiboxing and wanted to try out a pali/lock combo. With my pali being the tank. I've been looking and trying to figure it out for myself but what i'm trying to do is have my Pali assist my lock with assit focus then move to target and begin his attack to get aggro. I can't seem to find a line that will move my pali into melee range once he has a target. Any help would be great.

putting your toon in place you have to do manualy.. ^^

think its better if you run your tank as main toon. and let your lock assist focus.
Playing Hord on FrostWhisper - EU at the moment.

This is how I would do it:

Have the paladin as your "main" toon, i.e. the one you control.
On the warlock set the paladin as your focus.
Change your warlock's spells to macros, in this form:

    /cast [target=focustarget,harm][] SpellName

This means your lock with first try to attack your paladin's target if it's an enemy, otherwise it will attack your lock's target, allowing you to still solo the lock if necessary.

Then you just run your paladin up to a mob, press the key for the spell, and voila!

There are many other ways to do this, but this is (roughly) what I do with my paladin & shamans.
