Requires each Shaman to have a flame shock on the target, and it does have a travel time.

So in theory, open with Flame Shock, then Lava Burst, and follow up with another shock at the same time Lava Burst lands for even more bursty goodness?

Given a 2 sec lava burst & 2x 1.5 sec GCD? Yeah, that adds up to 5 sec (i.e. full reverb). However, Lightning Mastery also affects Lava Burst, so you'd have an extra half second in there before Flame Shock is available, even with full reverb.

Totems only trigger a 1sec GCD, though. Could go Shock, Burst (1.5 GCD, 1.5 sec cast, 1.5 sec GCD --> 4.5 sec), drop a totem, and have Shock back up even with partial reverb.

You know, the thing that makes shocks cool down in five seconds instead of six. Otherwise there'd be 1.5 seconds before he could cast flame shock again.
