Any Shammy multiboxers notice a DPS decrease after 3.0.x?

I know that GC said on the WoW forums stated that Ele DPS wasn't as high as other ranged DPS (or at least it won't be until we get Lava Burst at L75), from this thread, but it just hit me trying to run Utgarde. I may not have noticed in BC, where they nerfed all the raid bosses by 30%.

With 4x Ele and a Druid tank, I had a really hard time, and ended up speccing one of my Shammies partial resto to finish it (21/9/31). I was blowing thru all my mana even WITH mana tide on the last few bosses, which seemed really odd. I didn't have damage meters on, but DPS seemed pathetically low... :S

Anyone else noticing this?

i noticed a dps decrease only because trash mobs were now lvl 71 instead of lvl 70... this was in northrend compared to outland.

i don't think there was a dps decrease though, just different opponents with higher levels
