Well, I levelled in the same speed as every other average person - I did not do any quest, but pure instance grinding. I have ran almost 100 (EDIT: checked my statistic, I have 76 final boss kill - 30 of these is Gundrak) end instances and at the moment I am 68 (I haven't played since sunday, not even logged on) - I would have been able to hit 80 monday, if I have had the time Even made Realm First! Grand Master Enchanter - neat!

I think it was easy and I am not left with all Northrend quests, which should give me alot of profit
