Image 39 of part 1 is an old Middle School/Jr. High friend of mine Tom. He is a lead artist. I have been playing WoW since day 1 and just found out he works there. His wife a good friend of mine just told me in passing.. I about fell over. I am so going to leverage my friendship to see if I can go visit him at work lol.
The same day I found that out another friend tells me her husband works at Skywalker Audio! Talk about a good geek day for me.

I can see how some people find it strange but, personnaly, I was expecting something like that. What I find strange thought is that you actualy looked at all the pictures... !

I counted at least 14. With a couple blurry photos that could go either way based on hair styles and other things.

So 10% plus.

I didn't count them all :) Just leafed through the first few and started noticing a trend of guy, guy, guy, guy, guy, girl, guy, guy, guy, guy, unknown, guy, guy, guy, etc.

Not really surprising but still, one would like to think a more even 50/50 distribution would be possible. I guess not.

Women don't seem to be much into game development. Where I work (we do web games), there are about 50 guys and 3 women. We had a female programmer that applied for a job, not sure what happened with that.
