Default Issues with my new druid team.

I started them the other day, and made it to lvl 20 pretty quickly. My main concern is... now I know why people called them OOMkin. Holy cow, with no mana regen ability like totems, or lifetap, or even self made mage water, I was spending LOTS of downtime with these guys waiting for mana.

I also was frustrated that I could catform, but not get anywhere faster (never really played druids before, I just didn't know). SO...I respecced feral to play like i had with my rogues. I'm finding it a lot more fun (at least till i get my mounts and insect swarm) as I can run where i want, and rip everything to death. I'll hold off on boomkin till i can get a lot more Int for spellcasting.

Although I don't play all Boomkins, I have used one in all my mixed groups. My only issue was when I used too many instant cast spells. Stick with wrath and see if that helps??

Cat form does not increase run speed, but Travel form does. It's not as fast as a horse, but not bad. You can get mounts at L30 anyway.

theres a feral talent that increase cat forms outdoor run speed. unless they removed it and i still haven't noticed even though i have a druid.

Feral Swiftness or something like that, 2nd tier feral tree I believe that increases cat form speed and reduces chances of enemies seeing you while prowling.

I used balance on my druid team all the way to 60 where they are now. I ran out of mana like you said but drinking brought me back up in no time.
