keyclone account activation

I think this is a query for Rob. My friend bought keyclone a while back. He recently reinstalled OS on his system. So the original install is gone. He can't reactivate keyclone anymore after the fresh install. So the question is can he get new activation with his new OS installed on the same machine that he purchased keyclone with ? Please let me know I can forward the relavant (paypal account, proof of purchase etc) info to you.
