Why am i lagging soo bad while I Four-box please help me :( *Pics*

Hello all currently I am four boxing I dont get much lag three boxing but four boxing takes a toll on me i run WoW so slow. I have most of the stuff turned down no shadows nothing. Heres my PC set up

8800GT 512 MB
3 Gigs of DDR2 Ram
Windows Vista
2.4 Q6600

3GB of RAM is not enough. You're most likely causing the system to use the virtual memory (hard drive) which is extremely slow (comparitivly)

Vista manages memory differently than XP. on my work machine, I have 4gb of ram on Vista 64, and with only two applications open, i only show 6Mb free.

you're right, i totally wasn't thinking about how vista caches everything. but yeh memory is most likely the issue.
